Your product feed is the foundation of your advertising success. Learn how to manage it effectively.

Importing Products

Supported Formats

Feedcast accepts product feeds in:

Feed Requirements

Your feed must include these required fields:

• id - Unique product identifier
• title - Product name
• description - Product description
• link - Product page URL
• image_link - Main product image URL
• price - Product price with currency
• availability - in_stock, out_of_stock, preorder

Platform Integrations

Connect directly to your e-commerce platform:

• Shopify - Automatic sync via API
• PrestaShop - Native module or feed URL
• WooCommerce - Feed plugin or REST API
• Magento - Custom feed integration
• Custom - Any HTTP-accessible feed URL

Managing Products

Product Dashboard

The catalog view shows all your products with:

• Status indicators - Valid, warnings, errors
• Channel sync status - Per-platform status
• Performance metrics - Clicks, impressions, ROAS

Filtering & Search

Use filters to find specific products:

• By category
• By brand
• By status (active, paused, error)
• By channel
• By custom labels

Bulk Actions

Select multiple products to:

• Enable/disable for advertising
• Apply labels
• Trigger AI optimization
• Force resync to channels

Feed Updates

Automatic Sync

Feedcast checks your feed URL every 4 hours by default. You can configure:

• Sync frequency (1h, 4h, 12h, 24h)
• Sync triggers (webhooks for real-time)

Manual Refresh

Force a feed refresh anytime:

1. Go to Catalog → Settings
2. Click Refresh Feed Now

💡 Note: After refreshing, allow 15-30 minutes for changes to propagate to advertising platforms.

Troubleshooting

Common Feed Errors

Feed Validation

Run the feed validator to check for issues before syncing:

1. Go to Catalog → Feed Settings
2. Click Validate Feed
3. Review and fix any errors
