A smoother journey, simpler channels to manage
Feedcast4 min
The Feedcast agent can continue a conversation in a new thread when its budget is reached and takes over after the catalog is added. Empty catalogs, channel configurations, and Google errors are better supported. Also discover the 'What's New' card and support for Norwegian Bokmål.

- Configure your channels from the chat and more clearly track their status.
- Find more reliable catalog statuses and translated Google Ads errors.
- Check out the new features in a dedicated card, with reading retention.
- Use Norwegian Bokmål for your feeds intended for Norway.
Continue a conversation and resume after onboarding
When the budget of a conversation is reached, the Feedcast agent offers to continue in a new conversation without losing the thread. This way, you can continue your exchange instead of having to start over.
Budget-related errors appear in the chat as soon as they occur and remain visible after reloading. This helps you understand why the conversation stopped and what option is being offered.
At the end of adding your catalog, the Feedcast agent automatically takes over to assist you. You can continue your journey with the agent right after this step, without having to search for how to resume the exchange.
Manage an empty catalog and track its import
If your products have not yet been imported, a clear empty status appears on the dashboard and on the catalog page. This allows you to distinguish an empty catalog from a list of products that are already available.
The ongoing import indicator now only displays when the API confirms that an import is indeed in progress. This avoids presenting an import status that does not match the confirmed state of the catalog.
Find onboarding and summary in a single screen
Onboarding and the summary are now combined in a single screen called AgentBrief. You will find these two elements in a more coherent presentation, rather than in separate screens.
Configure and manage your channels from the chat
You can create and set up your channels directly in conversation with the Feedcast agent, without going through menus. The available actions and their status are also clarified in the list and on the channel detail page.
Consumed buttons and protection against incomplete activations help to better understand the actual status of a channel. If an agent action fails, its error message is now more explicit to help you correct the situation.
Track the activation of your Google channels
The activation of a Google channel can only be initiated if your merchant account status indicates that it is ready. This check prevents starting an activation when the account is not yet in a position to carry it out successfully.
From the Google detail page, you can resend an invitation by email.
Use Norwegian Bokmål for your feeds in Norway
Norwegian Bokmål is now supported and becomes the default language for Norway. You can thus broadcast your feeds in the language intended by default for this market.
A less intrusive anti-adblocker alert
The warning related to ad blockers has been moved to a discreet banner. It takes up less space in your workspace while still being presented in the interface.
