Connect your Google Merchant Center, Meta Business, and Microsoft Merchant Center to Feedcast.
Connect Advertising Channels
Feedcast supports three major advertising platforms. Here's how to connect each one.
Google Merchant Center
Prerequisites
- A Google account
- Access to Google Merchant Center (or we'll create one for you)
Connection Steps
- In Feedcast, go to Channels → Google
- Click Connect Google Account
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant Feedcast permission to manage your Merchant Center
- Select or create your Merchant Center account

What Gets Synced
- Product listings
- Product status and errors
- Shipping and tax settings
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Prerequisites
- A Facebook Business account
- Meta Business Suite access
Connection Steps
- Go to Channels → Meta
- Click Connect Meta Business
- Log in to Facebook
- Select your Business portfolio
- Choose the catalog to sync
Catalog Types
- E-commerce Catalog - For shopping ads
- Hotel Catalog - For travel businesses
- Automotive Catalog - For car dealerships
Microsoft Merchant Center
Prerequisites
- A Microsoft account
- Microsoft Advertising access
Connection Steps
- Go to Channels → Microsoft
- Click Connect Microsoft Account
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Select your Merchant Center store

Managing Multiple Channels
You can connect all three channels simultaneously. Feedcast will:
- Sync products to all connected channels
- Track performance separately per channel
- Optimize listings based on each platform's requirements
Disconnecting a Channel
To disconnect a channel:
- Go to Channels
- Click the ⋮ menu on the channel card
- Select Disconnect
Your product data remains in Feedcast, but stops syncing to that platform.
