Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Your access continues until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days.
Payment Methods
Feedcast accepts:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
- Bank transfer (Enterprise plans)
Invoices
Access your invoices:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click View Invoices
- Download PDF invoices
Invoices include VAT where applicable.

The Free plan is your trial - use it with unlimited products and one channel. Upgrade when ready.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade anytime with immediate effect. Downgrade at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days. You can export your catalog before cancellation.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. AI credits reset each billing period. Use them before they expire!
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans have zero setup fees.
